By the grace of GOD we started the first batch of our college in the year Oct-2015. “Physiotherapy is a modern medical science based profession that takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle”.
Physiotherapy is a health care profession that assesses diagnoses, treats, and work to prevent disease and disability through physical means. Physiotherapists are experts in movement and function who work in partnership with their patients, assisting them to overcome movement disorders, which may have been present from birth, on acquired through accident or injury, courses or are the result of ageing or life-changing events.

BACHELOR OF PHYSIOTHERAPY (B.P.Th)
B.P.Th is a four and half years course (4½ yrs) affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
The course consists of four academic year and six months of rotatory Internship programme. After successful completion of the course the candidate will be awarded degree by the MUHS.
There will be exams conducted by the university for all the four years.

ADDMISSION
The eligibility criteria for the admission are a pass in higher secondary examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
After successful pass in higher secondary board examination the candidate is required to appear and pass the MH-CET entrance examination of the current year.

STAFF
The college is well established with sufficient qualified staff’s. The college is associated with the Government Medical College, Miraj and Wanless Hospital, MMC, Miraj for Teaching purpose and Clinical Postings.

ACTIVITIES
The students are involved in various cultural and sports activities of the college.
Every year we have Christmas cultural and sports activities in the month of December. In the year December 2015 our first batch students have won various prizes in sports as well as cultural activities.
Apart from the sports and cultural activities the students are involved in the religious activities. Here they are taught basic discipline, behavior and others.
In service education to the students as well as other staff’s of hospital is conducted regularly by our staffs

OTHER INFORMATION
Student welfare activities happen regularly inorder to train them for their personality development. Various eminent speakers from all over India come to train our students.
For the employed women safety and female students in our college the VISHAKA cell committee is formulated and working efficiently.

SCHOLARSHIPS
We help our students in getting the government minority scholarship and other eligible scholarship.
